Terms of Use

A. Acceptance of Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) along with our Privacy Policy constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fix Mate, a platform operated by Fix Mate Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Fix Mate”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of (i) the Fix Mate website and mobile application, including all services, content, communication tools, and features offered through www.fixmate.in and its subdomains (“Platform”), and (ii) the interactions between users who provide services (“Service Professionals”) and users who request services (“Customers”).

By accessing, using, registering on, or participating in services provided on the Fix Mate Platform, including by clicking “I agree to the Terms of Use,” you confirm that:

1. You are either a Service Professional or a Customer.
    
2. You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
    
3. You consent to payments being processed for services booked through the Platform.
    
4. You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. If you disagree with any of these provisions, please stop using the Platform immediately.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under Indian law to use the Fix Mate Platform or enter into a binding contract.

References to “you” or “your” in this agreement apply to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms, and all references to “you” or “your” will include that business.

B. Modifications to the Terms of Use

Fix Mate reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or business reasons. Any changes will be posted at www.fixmate.in/terms. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly to stay informed. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
